How do I request a copy of a Tillamook County Corrections Booking report?

1. Open, print, and fill out the Records Request Form
2. Either mail the completed form and payment to or drop off the form at:

Attn: Jail Records

Tillamook, OR 97141

Are there any fees for obtaining a copy of a record?

Yes. Our current fee for a booking report is:

• $25 for the first 20 pages and $.35 per additional page.   
• $10 CD copy each.
• $15/15 minutes for Incarceration/booking/policy/procedures etc. requiring research
