In April 2023, Tillamook County partnered with the Center for Public Service at Portland State University to create a Strategic Plan to guide County priorities and services. The County Leadership Team, along with Board of Commissioners’ staff, collaborated on the development of the final Strategic Plan, which was adopted by the Board in October 2024.
