Situation Update: 
The EOC is currently in Level 4, Normal Operations / Closed.

Purpose:
The purpose of the Tillamook County Emergency Operation Center (EOC) is to coordinate equipment and other resources, monitor and support community needs, collect and disperse intelligence and information, monitor spending and track other financial expenditures and potential reimbursement; as well as coalesce leaders and other multi-agency decision makers to form a more effective and efficient response. The EOC may also be utilized incident command post, developing objectives, priorities, tactics to deal with emergency situations. 

The EOC may also house local, state, and federal liaisons, assist in mutual aid agreements, and acts as narrow point on an hourglass for information and communication going up to the public, state, and feds, and issues and guidance coming down to local officials and emergency responders.
