Records are available from August 1994 to the present and images are available from March 2004 to the present.

Everyone uses the same user name and password

Use a "%" sign as a wild card in any TEXT field to find all the records beginning with the entered text. (Example: Enter Pet% to find all the Petersens, Petersons, Pettibones, etc...) For date fields use mm/dd/yyyy format. To request a date range use a "|" between the dates.  (Examples: Enter "01/01/2001" for items with a January 1, 2001 date OR "01/01/2001 | 01/31/2001" to find everything in January 2001.) The "|" symbol can be found on the same key as the "\" key.  Just use the Shift key and the "\" key at the same time to get the "|" symbol.

For additional assistance or to request copies for images not on the system, please contact our office, 503-842-3402.  Copy fees must be received by our office before documents will be mailed. Copy fees are: $4 for the first page and $.25 for each additional page. If you come in person to pick up copies, the fee is just $.25 per page.
