Targeted Scam Warning

We have been alerted to a new scam targeting Community Development customers.  An email with detailed information regarding a recent request is sent with an invoice attached requesting payment.  The email address is not a tillamookcounty.gov or co.tillamook.or.us address which is the easiest way to identify that it is not a legitimate request.  usa.com was used for at least one attempt though they could use any non-county email address for this.  Please see the link below for a redacted version of the attachment included with this scam.
